About Us:
Nova Swim School is dedicated to promoting water safety and swimming skills for all ages. We're looking for an outgoing and energetic Swim Instructor to join our team! Swim Instructor -
Afternoon Position Available Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Swim Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will teach swimming lessons to students of all ages—from babies and toddlers to children and adults—while creating a safe, fun, and encouraging environment that helps swimmers build confidence and skills in the water.
Responsibilities:
Teach swimming lessons to individuals ranging from babies to adults. Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for all students. Assess students' skill levels and adapt lessons to meet individual needs and abilities. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during lessons and activities. Communicate effectively with students and their families about progress and skill development. Encourage water safety awareness and confidence in the water.
Qualifications:
Outgoing, energetic, and positive personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous teaching, coaching, childcare, or swim instruction experience strongly preferred. Passion for teaching and helping others learn. Ability to work well with children and families. CPR and First Aid certification provided by our team.
