Grand Slam Tennis Academy LLC is a high-quality, agile tennis academy launching this upcoming January in the Fountain Valley area. We utilize premium local courts to deliver top-tier training programs for both juniors and adults. We are looking for passionate, reliable, and professional tennis coaches to join our team and help grow our community.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Tennis Coach to conduct private lessons, semi-private lessons, and group clinics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-energy sessions tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach private and group tennis lessons for adults and/or juniors (After-School programs). Plan and execute structured, energetic, and safe training sessions. Provide constructive feedback and positive encouragement to players. Maintain professional communication with clients and academy management. Ensure punctual arrival at designated court locations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of tennis coaching experience (preferred). Professional certification is a strong plus (USPTA, PTR, or international equivalent like FFT). High-level playing experience (College tennis or competitive junior/adult circuit). Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Must have reliable transportation to travel to court locations.
Legal requirement:
Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or hold a valid U.S. work authorization.
Schedule:
Flexible hours (10 to 20 hours per week to start).
Primary shifts:
Weekday afternoons/evenings (After-School hours) and weekend mornings. How to
