Whether working with children or teens, your enthusiasm and expertise will help athletes reach new heights in their physical development. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape young athletes' futures while honing your coaching skills in a vibrant, supportive environment. Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging tumbling lessons tailored to various skill levels, from beginner to advanced. Demonstrate proper techniques for flips, rolls, jumps, and other acrobatic movements to ensure safety and skill progression. Supervise training sessions, providing clear instructions and constructive feedback to motivate athletes. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during practice, including proper spotting and equipment checks. Maintain a positive environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and confidence among participants. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding athlete progress and safety concerns. Assist with organizing competitions, showcases, or special events that highlight athlete achievements. Skills Prior experience as a tumbling coach or in gymnastics, cheerleading, martial arts, or similar sports coaching roles. Strong background in sports-specific training instruction and team leadership. Knowledge of health and safety procedures including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and injury prevention.

WE WILL PROVIDE THIS TRAINING

Experience working with children and understanding of behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct students and engage with parents or guardians. Ability to teach physical education concepts such as coordination, flexibility, strength training, and balance.
