Our programs introduce children ages 1-10 to a variety of sports and fitness activities that build confidence, coordination, and curiosity through play. We bring energy, joy, and movement to schools, daycares, and community sites across South Orange County. We have two immediate openings for youth sports coaches, instructional aide, physical education/preschool teachers, or camp counselors.

Pay:

$23

• 33 per hour depending on experience

Schedule:

Part-time, weekdays (9:30 AM-12:30 PM and/or 2:30 PM-5:30 PM). Can grow into a full time position as our business grows

Work Location:

Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, Irvine, Mission Viejo, Rancho Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch, San Clemente, or San Juan Capistrano What You'll Do Lead 30-50 minute sports classes for children ages 1-10 Teach fun, movement-based lessons using our curriculum Take and upload photos and post updates to our parent communication platform Communicate professionally and build relationships with school staff and parents Attend weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings Set up and break down lightweight equipment (10-20 lbs.) Availability Must be available for weekday classes during 9:30 AM-12:30 PM or 2:30-5:30 PM Optional Saturday hours for classes, parties, or special events Requirements Experience teaching or coaching young children in a group setting (ages 1-10) Physically able to run, jump, and demonstrate sports movements Must live locally within 15 minutes of Aliso Viejo, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, Irvine, Mission Viejo, Rancho Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch, San Clemente, or San Juan Capistrano Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between nearby schools and centers Must be at least 18 years old High-school diploma or equivalent required English proficiency and U.S. work authorization Able to pass a background check and meet child-safety requirements (Live Scan, CPR/First Aid, and immunizations per CA law) Benefits & Perks Flexible schedule that fits family or school hours Paid training and provided curriculum Reimbursements for professional development and phone Vehicle stipend and paid time for travel between sites Referral bonuses for reviews, business growth, and/or great teammates Growth path to Lead Coach, Business Development Lead, or Program Director (full time) Be a local hero to kids and families who look forward to your class each week!
