We are specifically seeking coaches with previous competitive club soccer coaching experience who are confident leading their own teams. This position is not intended for first-time or entry-level coaches. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to coach 1-3 competitive teams, with current opportunities primarily within our 7v7 and 9v9 age groups. Our goal is to develop players by challenging them in a positive, competitive learning environment that helps maximize their potential both on and off the field. Essential Duties Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate training sessions Arrive on time and fully prepared for all training sessions and games Manage and lead teams during league games and tournaments Implement the Club's curriculum, methodology and player development philosophy Communicate professionally and consistently with players, parents, team managers and Club staff Create a positive, competitive and development-focused team environment Assist with equipment set-up and breakdown as required Required Experience & Qualifications Previous competitive club soccer coaching experience is required Experience independently managing and coaching a club team Strong understanding of player development and age-appropriate coaching Excellent communication and organizational skills Soccer coaching license required; USSF D License or higher preferred Reliable transportation Must be 18+ and able to complete all required background checks and certifications Additional Opportunities Additional paid coaching opportunities may be available through: Holiday Camps Player Development Programs Clinics and Club Events Compensation Competitive compensation based on coaching experience, qualifications, licensing and number of teams coached. Seasonal Pay:
$18,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
