About Us:

Breakthrough Sports is dedicated to providing high-quality youth sports programs that teach skills, teamwork, and confidence. We're looking for passionate coaches to join our Fall Volleyball Leagues!

Position Overview:

As a Volleyball Coach, you'll lead practices and games for youth players in a fun, energetic, and supportive environment. You'll help develop their skills while fostering a positive team culture.

Schedule:

1 practice per week (evenings) 1 game per week (evenings) Season starts September 22, 2026

Schedule:

Volleyball Training Academy 2 x per week City Irvine (Wednesday 5-7pm) and Lake Forest (Sunday 2-4pm)

Responsibilities:

Plan and run engaging volleyball practices Coach weekly games and manage team rotations Communicate effectively with players and parents Model sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect

Qualifications:

Previous coaching or volleyball playing experience preferred High energy and enthusiasm for working with youth Strong time management and organizational skills Reliable and committed to the full season Must pass background check
