$28 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Youth recreational activities facilitation Sports and outdoor activities Soccer coaching Sports activities for children Working with youth Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Soccer Coaches to join our team in Mission Viejo and surrounding areas.

Sessions will be midweek Monday-Friday in the evenings between 4-8pm depending on the Region and Program. Weekend work is also available too. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Soccer coaching, and a genuine interest in working with young players ages between 6-14 Coaches must have own transportation. Current season starts in September and runs until late November. Coaches must be able to commit to this time frame. We can work around applicants availability and commitments. Our programs run year round so there will be more work in Winter, Spring and Summer too. Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate soccer training sessions
Instruct players on proper techniques, tactics, and game strategies
Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their skills
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment. Qualifications
At least 1-2 years Previous experience in Soccer Coaching is Essential.
