The school competes in the Vine Valley Athletic League (VVAL) and the North Coast Section (NCS). Candidates must have a commitment to building a loving, inclusive community and to developing holistic growth in student-athletes. The position is part-time and comes with a competitive stipend. However, some consideration for a full-time position may be determined based on qualification. The Head Boys Coach will report to the Head Track and Field Coach as well as the Athletic Director. The successful candidate will articulate a vision for a successful Boys Track and Field Team and Sprinters that aligns with the core principles of a Lasallian school and the Track and Field Program. Further, it is expected the Head Coach will direct all phases of the team including practice planning, conditioning, and strategy. The Track and Field program will be active from Fall 2026 through May 2027. Finally, the head coach embraces the responsibility of being a positive role model/mentor for students and as a representative of Justin-Siena High School.

Preferred qualifications:

? Three or more years of successful coaching experience ? Bachelor's Degree ? Understanding of CIF Bylaws and Guidelines ? Demonstrated ability to lead others ?
