While we don't have an immediate opening, we're building a network of talented coaches for future opportunities as our training programs continue to grow. We're looking for coaches who are excited to develop athletes, support general fitness clients, and build lasting relationships within our community. What You'll Do Design and lead strength and conditioning sessions for individuals and small groups. Develop safe, effective, and progressive training programs tailored to each client's goals and abilities. Coach proper lifting technique and movement mechanics. Motivate clients while fostering a positive, supportive training environment. Track client progress and adjust programming as needed. Help grow the program through exceptional coaching, member retention, and community engagement. Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer or Strength & Conditioning Coach (NASM, NSCA-CSCS, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent). CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain). Experience coaching strength training, athletic performance, or functional fitness. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Professional, dependable, and passionate about helping others succeed. Compensation This is a revenue-sharing position, providing coaches with the opportunity to grow their income as their programs and client base expand.
Compensation includes:
Competitive percentage of training and class revenue. Increased earning potential as participation and enrollment grow. Opportunity to build recurring clients and establish long-term training programs. Administrative support, scheduling assistance, and access to Oceanside Athletic Club facilities. This role is ideal for self-motivated coaches who enjoy building relationships, delivering outstanding coaching, and taking ownership of growing a successful program.
