While we don't have an immediate opening, we're building a network of coaches for future opportunities as our boxing program grows. We're looking for coaches who enjoy leading high-energy classes, developing relationships with members, and taking ownership of growing their own programs. What You'll Do Lead engaging boxing fitness classes for individuals and small groups. Teach proper boxing technique, pad work, bag work, conditioning, and footwork. Adapt workouts for all fitness levels. Create a positive, welcoming environment that keeps members coming back. Help grow class participation through exceptional coaching, member retention, and community engagement. Qualifications Boxing or combat sports coaching experience required. Personal Trainer certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent) is a plus. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication and motivational skills. Professional, reliable, and passionate about helping others succeed. Compensation This is a revenue-sharing position , allowing coaches to grow their income as their classes grow.
Compensation includes:
Competitive percentage of class revenue. Higher earnings as enrollment increases. Opportunity to build recurring classes and a loyal client base. Administrative support, scheduling, and access to Oceanside Athletic Club facilities. This role is ideal for coaches who enjoy building a following and are excited to grow a successful program within an established gym.
