Planning and conducting practices to prepare student-athletes for competition Ensure the safety of all participants enforcing safety protocols Communicating with student-athletes, parents and families, school administration, teachers, and staff regarding expectations, schedules, and athletic program policies Commitment to modeling the values of Catholic education and Villanova's Augustinian mission

Required Qualifications:

Prior coaching experience Ability to work well with middle school students and the rest of the coaching staff Current, CPR, and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain) After selection coaches must pass a background check, fingerprinting and complete -CIF and Archdiocesan requirements. Preferred Qualifications Previous middle school or club coaching experience Experience working in a Catholic high school environment The wage range is $1,500 - $5,000 depending on experience and number of teams coaching.
