Job Summary Job Summary Highland is seeking a dedicated and experienced Boys High School Head Varsity Baseball Coach to lead our varsity baseball team for the upcoming season. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing student-athletes to achieve their highest potential both on and off the field. The Head Coach will be expected to create a positive and inclusive team environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and personal growth, while focusing on baseball-specific skills, game strategy, and injury prevention.
