Job Summary Job Summary Fontana is seeking a dedicated and experienced Girls High School Head Varsity Soccer Coach to lead our varsity soccer team for the upcoming season. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing student-athletes to achieve their highest potential both on and off the field. The Head Coach will be expected to create a positive and inclusive team environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and personal growth while focusing on soccer-specific skills such as game strategy, player development, and conditioning.
