Full Job Description Overview:
Eastside is looking to fill its girls' varsity soccer assistant coaching position for the upcoming winter season that runs from November 2026 to February 2027. Eastside participates in the competitive West Bay Athletic League and also plays a non-league schedule. Ideal candidates have coached at the high school and/or club levels and are committed to creating a positive and supportive team environment where student-athletes can reach their full potential.Duties:
- Plan and conduct soccer training sessions for players of various skill levels
- Develop and implement effective coaching strategies to enhance players' skills and performance
- Create a positive and supportive team environment where student-athletes can reach their full potential
- Organize and oversee team practices, games, and tournaments
Experience:
- Experience coaching at the high school and/or club levels.
