Located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley near the Sierra Nevada mountains, our district spans 20 square miles of Fresno County and serves a community of over 16,500 residents. Our district includes four elementary schools, one junior high, one comprehensive high school, a continuation school, and an adult school, with a total enrollment of just under 3,500 students. Requirements / Qualifications
Satisfactory evaluation by school principal, athletic director or other administrator, and/or appropriate letter of recommendation from current or most recent coaching position held. Must have current TB clearance; Valid CPR/First Aid and Coaching certificate and background check.
Certification:
Prior coaching experience. In lieu of coaching experience at least three (3) years of experience participation in a collegiate varsity level program (Junior College accepted). In either event, proof of same.
Other:
CIF required training courses. Please be sure you are up to date on courses as they expire after 2 years. Fundamentals of Coaching, Concussion in
Sports, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training, Heat Acclimatization Course, The Collapsed Athlete TB Screening Results:
TB Test taken in the past 2 years. CPR/First Aid Certification Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation (3) Other (Certificates/Training (4): Fundamentals of Coaching, Concussion in Sports, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training, Heat Acclimatization Course) Resume (Resume
