Job Overview :

We are seeking a passionate an afterschool Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching or teaching and working with children. Leading engaging sports activities, and promoting a safe and positive environment. This is non-competitive sports , this role is focused on recreational only. This role is seasonal and hours are limited Must be available weekdays 2pm onwards. Responsibilities Lead high-energy practices, drills, and scrimmages for various sports Various sports including, Flag Football, Soccer, Basketball, Golf...ect Manage group behavior and maintain a safe environment for all participants. Communicate effectively with parents and Elevation Athletics staff as needed. Ensure equipment is organized and activity areas are kept clear This is a seasonal role and schedule are changing throughout the school year Qualifications Applicants must be 19 years of age or older at the time of hire. Ability to work weekday's Afterschool Certification CPR / FirstAID (Ability to obtain if not already active) Passion for working with kids and helping them grow through sports Strong communication, ability to command a group of kids Experience playing or coaching youth sports Must have reliable transportation to travel Background check required, including DOJ LiveScan A negative TB Test test is required for this role

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
