Job Announcement Under the direction of the school principal or designee, guiding athletes and teaching them the correct way to play a sport. Coaches are professionals who study the rules, techniques and other technical aspects of a game. Coaches formulate training plans and look at areas such as an athlete's performance, nutrition, educational performance at school. They mentor young children and some even supervise their transition into the next level. To be considered for hire, candidates must meet the minimum requirements, including a successful interview and reference check(s). Minimum Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of school-level relevant sport coaching experience or college-level experience. Prior Head Coaching and/or Varsity coaching experience preferred. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The ability to communicate with Middle School level students. The ability to teach skills and drills at the designated school level. The ability to work well with others.
