Overview Join our dynamic team as a Baseball Coach and inspire young athletes to develop their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship! In this energetic role, you'll lead practices, organize games, and foster a positive environment that encourages growth both on and off the field. Your passion for sports and dedication to teaching will help players reach their full potential while promoting healthy activity and character development. Duties Plan and execute engaging baseball practices that enhance fundamental skills such as batting, pitching, fielding, and teamwork Lead game-day activities, ensuring fair play, sportsmanship, and adherence to safety protocols Provide clear instruction and constructive feedback to players of all skill levels Foster a positive team environment by encouraging cooperation, discipline, and resilience Collaborate with other coaches and staff to organize tournaments, events, and team-building activities Monitor player behavior on and off the field, implementing behavior management strategies as needed Maintain equipment, uniforms, and safety gear in excellent condition Skills Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is highly desirable Strong background in baseball or related sports such as basketball or cheerleading Experience working with children or youth in a childcare or educational setting Knowledge of health club or gym environments is a plus for promoting overall fitness Familiarity with martial arts disciplines like Karate, Judo, or Climbing can enhance coaching versatility Excellent communication skills to motivate and instruct diverse groups of students Ability to manage behavior effectively while creating an inclusive and energetic atmosphere Join us in shaping confident athletes while fostering lifelong love for sports! $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
