Job Description
Swim Instructor - Flexible Schedule, Competitive Pay We are looking for a Swim Instructor to teach at one of our partner pools. This role offers the flexibility to set your own schedule while earning $40-$50 per hour as an independent contractor. Responsibilities Teach swim lessons to individuals and groups of all skill levels. Develop lesson plans focused on skill development, water safety, and confidence in the water. Use effective teaching techniques to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain a clean and organized pool area. Communicate with students and parents regarding progress and any concerns Qualifications 3+ Years Experience in swim instruction and competitive swimming background preferred Experience with children is required. Ability to teach beginner swimmers is a msut. Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students of all ages.
