Our fastest-growing practice is executive function coaching, because some of our brightest students don't just need subject support; they need help running their own academic lives: planning, prioritizing, starting, following through. That practice is led by a doctoral-level learning specialist, and demand has outgrown our capacity, so we're hiring one more genuinely great coach. Every application is read personally by our founder, a Stanford neuroscience researcher and former classroom teacher, and we interview few and hire fewer. The work One-on-one coaching with middle and high school students, mostly in their homes around Redwood City, Menlo Park, Atherton, and Woodside, with some sessions online. Many of our students have ADHD or learning differences. You'd help them build planning, organization, and study routines that actually stick: getting started, staying on track, and advocating for themselves. This is coaching, not homework supervision, and we treat it that way. Parents are on board and sessions are one-on-one. What we offer $85-100 per hour, roughly 2-3x what most school and center roles pay for this work A caseload you choose: start with 2-4 hours a week and grow if and when you want. Five weekly students is roughly $1,800-2,000 a month. Zero admin. We handle marketing, scheduling, billing, and parent logistics. Your time with students is your whole job.
