What You'll Do:

Teach swim lessons to children and adults using our proprietary, survival-first curriculum Create a safe, fun, and encouraging learning environment Communicate clearly with students and parents about progress Maintain a 4:1 student-to-instructor ratio (lower for certain age groups) Participate in ongoing training and team meetings Demonstrate a positive, energetic "Showtime" attitude in every class

What We're Looking For:

Confident swimmer (competitive swim experience a plus, but not required) Enjoys working with children and families Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to complete ~30 hours of training (including in-water, online, and SafeSport certification) Must pass background screening

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Able to work at least one weekend day (Sat or Sun) Able to work at one or more of our pool locations (Walnut Creek, El Cerrito, Richmond) Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
