Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming and teaching individuals of all ages.
Duties:
  • Instruct swim lessons following the provided curriculum
  • Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons
  • Provide feedback to swimmers to help them improve their skills
  • Maintain a clean and organized pool area
  • Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding swimmers' progress
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Lifeguard or Swim Instructor preferred
  • Knowledge of swim instruction techniques and water safety practices
  • Ability to educate and engage students in a group or individual setting
  • Experience in behavior management, especially with children
  • Familiarity with other sports such as Judo, Basketball, Gymnastics, Cheerleading, or Karate is a plus This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can share your passion for swimming while helping others develop their skills.
