In this role, you will deliver personalized baseball training sessions tailored to each athlete's skill level, foster a positive and motivating environment, and promote healthy physical activity. Your expertise will help athletes improve their techniques, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love for the game. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a vibrant, sports-focused setting. Responsibilities Design and implement customized baseball training programs that cater to individual skill levels and goals Lead engaging coaching sessions that emphasize proper technique, teamwork, and sportsmanship Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training activities, including first aid readiness and AED operation Communicate effectively with athletes and parents about training plans, progress, and areas for improvement Maintain a positive environment that encourages motivation, discipline, and enjoyment of the sport Support the development of related skills such as agility, coordination, and strategic thinking through complementary activities like climbing or martial arts when appropriate Experience Prior experience coaching or training in baseball or other team sports such as soccer, basketball, cheerleading, or climbing Demonstrated ability to work with children and youth in a coaching or childcare setting Knowledge of sports-specific training techniques and physical education instruction Strong communication skills to effectively engage with athletes, parents, and team members Certifications in first aid, CPR, AED operation, or sports coaching are highly desirable Background in Lifeguard experience or swimming is a plus for versatile physical activity instruction Experience working in health clubs or gyms enhances your ability to deliver comprehensive fitness guidance Join us as a Private Baseball Coach and help shape confident athletes while fostering teamwork and discipline.
