A Coach works with individual athletes or with sports teams to develop skills and improve teamwork and competitive performance. Runs practice sessions and physical conditioning programs; assesses the strengths and weaknesses of players; plans strategies for games; motivates and encourage players and teaches good sportsmanship.

Responsibilities Lead engaging cheer and dance sessions for elementary-aged students Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment Manage large groups of children effectively and with care Encourage teamwork, confidence, and fun through structured activities Communicate regularly with program staff and site coordinators Qualifications Experience teaching or coaching large groups of elementary students Strong background in cheer, dance, or related performance arts Energetic, responsible, and passionate about working with youth Must be 18 years or older Must pass a federal background check Job Type Part-time Pay Competitive hourly rate (commensurate with experience).
