Can-Am Elite Badminton & Sports Academy is seeking motivated and responsible Badminton Coaches to join our coaching team in San Jose. We are looking for coaches who enjoy working with players of different ages and skill levels and can provide structured, engaging, and professional badminton instruction.

Responsibilities:

Coach youth and/or adult badminton group classes Provide private and semi-private lessons when scheduled Teach proper badminton techniques, footwork, movement, and game skills Observe players and provide clear technical corrections Plan and conduct structured training sessions appropriate to each player's level Maintain a safe, positive, and disciplined training environment Communicate professionally with students, parents, other coaches, and management Arrive on time and follow the assigned coaching schedule Follow academy coaching policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Strong badminton playing background and technical knowledge Competitive badminton experience is preferred Previous coaching or teaching experience is preferred Ability to demonstrate proper badminton techniques and footwork Patient, responsible, and comfortable working with youth players Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual Able to maintain a consistent coaching schedule Evening and/or weekend availability is preferred Bilingual ability is a plus

Compensation:

Compensation will be based on playing level, coaching experience, and assigned programs. Selected applicants may be invited for an interview and trial coaching session before a final decision is made. To apply, please submit your resume, badminton/coaching background, and weekly availability.
