A RESUME OUTLINING PREVIOUS COACHING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
San Marcos High School is seeking a Head Girls Water Polo Coach to lead its water polo program. The position is funded by a seasonal stipend paid by San Marcos Unified School District. The head coach will receive a "B" level stipend detailed on the Extra Duty Stipend information sheet. Head coaching experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mentoring student-athletes, fostering competitive excellence, and promoting sportsmanship, academic achievement, and character development. Interested candidates should be able to lead all aspects of the girls water polo program (Varsity and JV levels). We are looking for a coach who can promote a positive, inclusive, and disciplined team culture. Effective communication with players, parents, and administration is expected. Attachments must be scanned and forwarded with your on-line application. We do not accept emailed, faxed or postal mailed documents.
