Job Description

Benefits:
Competitive salary ElitSwim is seeking friendly and encouraging Swim Coaches to join our pre-competitive team! As a Swim Instructor, you will teach students about water safety and swimming techniques using our approved curriculum. The ideal candidate is a strong swimmer who enjoys working with children and has a positive attitude! Coaching hours are typically 5:00-6:00 p.m. at the Dougherty Valley Aquatic Center, DVAC/DVHS, or 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the San Ramon Olympic Pool/Cal High, Monday through Friday.

Desired Qualifications:
Teaching swimmers proper stroke development and technique fundamentals Swimming experience preferred Passion for coaching and working with youth athletes of varying levels. Ensure the safety of all swimmers by enforcing proper conduct during practices. Prior experience working with youth swimmers (e.g., assistant coach, swim instructor, or other related experience, including background as a swimmer) Maintain professional conduct at all times. Willingness to receive training
Compensation:
$20-$28+h/r based on experience.
Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position. The schedule is set for one hour per day after 5 p.m. in either location at the San Ramon Olympic Pool/California High or Dougherty Valley Aquatic Center/DVHS.
