Responsibilities Conduct swim lessons for individuals and groups, ensuring a focus on safety and skill development. Assess students' swimming abilities and tailor instruction to meet their specific needs. Implement lesson plans that incorporate various swimming techniques and water safety practices. Provide positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to encourage student progress. Utilize behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning environment. Qualifications Must have reliable transport Previous experience as a swim instructor or in a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety protocols. Background in childcare or experience working with students is highly desirable. Skills in behavior management to effectively guide student interactions.
