The ideal candidate will foster a competitive, supportive team environment focused on skill development, strategic play, sportsmanship, and academic excellence. Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct daily effective practices, match strategies, and skill drills. Lead the team through regular season matches, league play, and postseason tournaments. Mentor student-athletes in athletic growth, sportsmanship, and academic accountability. Maintain clear communication with parents, school athletic directors, and team members. Ensure student safety, supervise equipment, and adhere to all CIF and district rules.
Qualifications:
Previous coaching or competitive tennis playing experience preferred; Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; Ability to commit to afternoon practices and scheduled match days throughout the spring season.
