Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Youth Volleyball Coach to inspire and develop young athletes in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development among youth participants. As a vital part of our sports program, you will lead practices, coordinate games, and motivate children to reach their full potential both on and off the court. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create memorable experiences that promote physical activity, confidence, and lifelong love for volleyball. Responsibilities Plan and execute engaging volleyball practices tailored to various age groups and skill levels Lead team drills, exercises, and game strategies to improve individual and team performance Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect among players Monitor safety during practices and games, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols including AED operation and first aid procedures Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and participants regarding schedules, progress, and team updates Manage behavior on the court through effective behavior management techniques Skills Prior experience playing or coaching volleyball Experience working with children in sports or educational settings Strong communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and fellow staff members Certifications in first aid, CPR, AED operation, or childcare are highly desirable Join us as a Youth Volleyball Coach to make a positive impact on young athletes' lives by promoting healthy activity, teamwork, and personal growth. Pay:
