Job Description
Job Overview SBG Athletics, located at Stanford University's Ford Center, is looking for a Gymnastics Coach to join our competitive team program. You'll coach athletes across Levels 3-10, guiding them through proper technique, skill progression, and competition preparation, while fostering a positive environment built on growth, confidence, and teamwork. Responsibilities
- Coach and support gymnasts across assigned competitive levels (3-10)
- Be present for training sessions focused on proper technique, safety protocols, and skill progression aligned with the USAG Junior Olympic Program
- Monitor athlete performance, provide constructive feedback, and support continuous skill development
- Ensure all safety standards are maintained, including proper spotting techniques and equipment checks
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes discipline and sportsmanship
- Communicate professionally and regularly with parents/guardians regarding athlete progress
- Coach and support gymnasts at assigned competitions What We Offer
