Role:

Soccer Coach (Part-Time with Full-Time Growth Opportunity) This is a part-time, on-site coaching role based in Torrance, CA, with the potential to transition into a full-time position. As a coach at ESTFootball, you'll lead high-quality training sessions for players of varying ages and skill levels. You'll play an active role in developing players technically, physically, and mentally. This isn't a sideline role, we're looking for coaches who are hands-on, engaged, and committed to setting high standards in every session. You'll be expected to: Plan and deliver individual and small-group sessions Provide tactical and technical feedback tailored to each player Mentor and motivate players with professionalism and authenticity Uphold ESTFootball's values on and off the field Coordinate with our team and communicate clearly with players and families Qualifications Proven experience as a soccer coach and/or high-level player Strong communication and interpersonal skills High energy, leadership presence, and ability to motivate Passion for player development and a growth-oriented mindset Strong organizational skills and reliability Background in coaching, physical education, sports science, or a related field is a plus
