In this role, you will design engaging training sessions, foster a positive learning environment, and help players achieve their personal best. Your expertise will contribute to creating a vibrant, energetic atmosphere that promotes healthy competition, teamwork, and purposeful trainings. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop coaching skills while making a meaningful impact on junior players aspiring to make it to the collegiate level. Duties Conduct group practices Implement training programs that incorporate technical skills, strategy, and fitness components Monitor players' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities, including proper use of equipment and court safety measures Oversee tennis clinics Maintain equipment, court cleanliness, and ensure all facilities are safe and well-prepared for sessions Demonstrate confidence and the ability to lead; prior high level coaching or playing experience required Experience Proven experience in junior competitive tennis coaching Current or former playing level of a 10+ UTR preferred, pay is dependent on experience Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students of all ages and backgrounds Join us as a Tennis Coach and be part of an energetic team committed to fostering excellence on the tennis court.
