- Develop and implement effective training programs for baseball players
- Instruct players on proper techniques, strategies, and game fundamentals
- Organize and lead team practices and drills
- Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their skills
- Motivate and inspire players to work hard and improve their performance
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for all team members during practices and games Experience
- Experience working with students in a coaching capacity
- Knowledge of baseball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage player behavior effectively
- Previous experience in physical education, health clubs, or gyms is a plus
