The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and mentoring players to reach their full potential. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for baseball players
  • Instruct players on proper techniques, strategies, and game fundamentals
  • Organize and lead team practices and drills
  • Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their skills
  • Motivate and inspire players to work hard and improve their performance
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment for all team members during practices and games Experience
  • Experience working with students in a coaching capacity
  • Knowledge of baseball rules, strategies, and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage player behavior effectively
  • Previous experience in physical education, health clubs, or gyms is a plus
