This includes, but is not limited to, putting together coaching staff, assembling a team, scheduling practices, tournaments, and competitions. The coach must communicate effectively with fellow coaches, players, parents, the Athletic Director, and personnel as well as supervise assistant coaches. The head coach is also involved with various fundraising endeavors and support organizations.
