About the Role Are you energetic, reliable, and love working with kids? We are looking for fun and engaging individuals to lead or assist in our after-school sports programs at elementary schools. We take the stress out of teaching by providing easy-to-follow lesson plans —you just bring the enthusiasm and leadership. What You'll Do

Engage & Inspire:

Interact with children to ensure they are having fun, staying active, and learning new skills.

Lead Activities:

Follow provided lesson plans to run organized sports games.

Coordinate:

Communicate professionally with school administration and parents regarding program updates.

Safety First:

Ensure every child is safely picked up by their approved guardian at the end of each session. What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for working with children (previous experience is preferred!).
• A "fun-first" attitude and high energy.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to pass all required state and district background checks . Schedule & Compensation

Flexible Hours:

Work as little as 1 day/week or as many as 5 days/week , depending on your availability.

Pay:

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 2.0 - 5.0 per week
