This role involves leading both men's and women's basketball teams thru an entire season, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and athletic excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for coaching, a strong background in basketball and sports coaching, and the ability to motivate players of diverse backgrounds. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the teams, while promoting physical activity, discipline, and personal growth. Duties Plan and execute comprehensive training sessions for men's and women's basketball teams, emphasizing skill development, strategy, and teamwork. Lead practices, games, and tournaments while ensuring athletes adhere to safety protocols and sportsmanship standards. Develop individualized coaching plans that address each athlete's strengths and areas for improvement. Foster a positive team environment through effective behavior management and motivational techniques.
