A Coach works with individual athletes or with sports teams to develop skills and improve teamwork and competitive performance. Runs practice sessions and physical conditioning programs; assesses the strengths and weaknesses of players; plans strategies for games; motivates and encourage players and teaches good sportsmanship.
Colorado Engineering a world of possibilities This position is seasonal temporary and will work under the direction of Mines head coaches. Preference given to Mines incoming freshman and previous Mines camp employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to build volleyball related lesson plans and curriculum. Must have coaching experience at the youth, club, high school or collegiate level. Under guidance of a supervisor, assists and instructs camp participants as needed. Follows and enforces all department and camp policies, rules, and regulations while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. Provides a safe camp environment. Must pass a background check.
