What You'll Do This is a hands-on, customer-facing role inside one of our stores. You'll work directly with customers who want to: Lose body fat Build muscle Increase energy Improve their health Create sustainable habits Transform their lives You'll conduct consultations, perform InBody scans, uncover goals, identify obstacles, and create personalized plans that help customers succeed. You'll coach clients through programs including: 7-Day Challenge 21-Day Challenge MyFitLife You'll provide accountability, education, encouragement, and support throughout their journey while helping them build habits that create lasting results. You'll educate clients on: Nutrition Hydration Movement Recovery Lifestyle habits Long-term sustainability When you're not coaching clients, you'll be on the store floor building relationships, supporting customers, identifying coaching opportunities, and creating an exceptional in-store experience.
