Position Overview:
As a Softball Instructor at
D-BAT NW
Denver, you will play a crucial role in coaching and mentoring young athletes (ages 7-13) in the sport of softball. We are committed to providing a positive and enjoyable learning experience while fostering a lifelong passion for the game.
Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and skill-focused softball training sessions. Develop and implement effective coaching strategies tailored to different age groups. Establish clear communication channels with parents to provide regular updates on player progress. Leverage advanced training technology available at our facility. Enjoy the flexibility to set your own coaching schedule.
Qualifications:
Proven experience coaching softball to kids aged 7-13. A deep passion for teaching and developing young athletes. Strong communication skills with both parents and fellow staff members. Responsible, punctual, and committed to player development. Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
