USAG Xcel Team Coach (Bronze/Silver/Gold) Adrenaline Gymnastics Academy (AGA) - Littleton, CO Adrenaline Gymnastics Academy (AGA) is seeking an energetic, dependable, and passionate USAG Xcel Team Coach to join our competitive gymnastics program. If you enjoy developing athletes, working alongside experienced coaches, and helping gymnasts reach their highest potential in a positive and athlete-centered environment, we'd love to hear from you. About Adrenaline Gymnastics Academy AGA is a well-established gymnastics training facility committed to developing confident athletes through positive coaching, technical excellence, and a supportive team culture. We believe in investing in our coaches through professional development, collaboration, and opportunities for long-term growth. Position Summary As a USAG Xcel Team Coach, you will provide high-quality instruction for competitive Xcel athletes while fostering confidence, discipline, and technical development. Coaches work closely with athletes, families, and fellow staff to create a positive and successful competitive experience. Primary Responsibilities Coach within AGA's USAG Xcel Bronze, Silver, and Gold competitive team athletes Plan and deliver safe, engaging, and technically sound practices Develop athlete skills, strength, flexibility, and confidence Prepare athletes for competitions throughout the season Track attendance and athlete progress Assist with goal setting and lesson planning Communicate professionally with parents and coaching staff Help maintain a positive, team-oriented gym culture Support athlete safety and uphold USA Gymnastics standards Typical Xcel athletes at these levels train 5-12 hours per week , depending on division. Practice hours are primarily afternoons and evenings during the week, and Saturday mornings.
Qualifications Preferred qualifications include:
Two or more years of coaching experience with USAG Xcel competitive teams Experience as an Assistant Coach or Lead Coach Strong understanding of the USA Gymnastics Xcel Code of Points Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a coaching team Positive attitude and commitment to athlete development Physical requirements include: Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, bend, and actively coach throughout practices Ability to spot athletes safely Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds Ability to climb onto spotting blocks and gymnastics equipment when necessary Applicants must successfully pass all required background screenings and must not appear on the USA Gymnastics Permanently Ineligible Member list. Competitive Pay $17.00-$21.00 per hour Starting wage based on experience and qualifications Paid Time Off Eligible employees receive paid vacation and paid sick leave based on hours worked.
