Our mission is to empower athletes through expert training and injury prevention strategies in a supportive environment. Summary We are currently seeking a Youth Sports Performance Coach to join our team. This is a vital role at Team Speed, where you will engage with athletes to enhance their skills and performance. Located in the South Denver Metro area, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our athletes' success and uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Lead dynamic training sessions focused on speed, agility, and strength development. Motivate and inspire athletes of various ages and skill levels. Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during all activities. Collaborate with coaching staff to design tailored training programs. Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain a positive and energetic environment conducive to learning. Assist with injury prevention and recovery exercises. Promote a culture of sportsmanship and teamwork.
