We are seeking dedicated and passionate Premier Soccer Coaches to join our team. If you have experience in soccer coaching, physical education, or youth development , and are enthusiastic about helping players reach their full potential, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate, dynamic soccer training sessions aligned with AC Connecticut's curriculum. Develop individual player development plans that support technical, tactical, physical, and mental growth. Educate players on technique, fitness, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Conduct engaging coaching sessions across areas such as fitness, agility, and climbing (as applicable for indoor training environments). Provide constructive feedback and player evaluations to support growth. Create a positive, inclusive environment that fosters participation and development for players of all levels. Maintain a professional, safe, and organized training environment . Collaborate with AC Connecticut leadership and fellow coaches on programming, events, and seasonal plans.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years soccer coaching experience (club, academy, or school programs). Strong knowledge of youth soccer development principles . Experience working with youth players of varying ages and abilities . Excellent communication and motivational skills. Experience in physical education or youth fitness is a plus. USSF coaching licenses (Grassroots, D, C, or higher) preferred. Ability to participate in and lead physical activities, including fitness sessions and on-field training.
