We're looking for enthusiastic coaches to join our team and lead fun, skill-based gymnastics classes for children ages 3.5 to 13 years old! This is a perfect role for: Teachers or aspiring educators Athletes or former gymnasts Anyone who LOVES working with kids Anyone passionate about movement, mentorship, and making an impact
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM•8:15 PM Saturday | 11:00 AM•2:00 PM We prefer open availability, but a minimum of 3 days per week works too!
Hiring For:
Part Time Full Time (Benefits offered include Health Insurance, Paid Timed Off, Retirement Matching, and Employee Discounts)
What You'll Do:
Arrive on time and ensure your rotations for class are set up (predetermined based on our rotation chart) Lead the class warm-up with energy and excitement Coach recreational gymnastics classes for preschoolers and/or children age 5 yrs•13yrs old Spot and coach students as they work on drills and skills through rotations during class Take attendance and engage with parents to share student progress Maintain a safe, positive, and active environment Bring the fun! Be engaging, patient, and encouraging
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children is preferred Gymnastics or movement knowledge is a bonus—but not required (we train all staff!) Must be upbeat, reliable, and ready to lead with confidence If you're passionate about helping kids build confidence through movement, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay:
$20.00•$28.00 per hour
