The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching, particularly in soccer, and possess the ability to teach and inspire young athletes. This role involves developing players' skills, promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive environment for learning and growth in the sport. Responsibilities Conduct soccer training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Teach the fundamentals of soccer, including techniques, strategies, and game rules. Provide constructive feedback to enhance player performance. Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Implement behavior management strategies to maintain discipline during practices. Collaborate with other coaches to coordinate practices. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and guardians Experience Previous playing/coaching experience in soccer is required. Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is preferred. Familiarity with childcare principles is beneficial for working with young athletes.
