  • Job Summary:
  • For Full time position (30-32 hrs, Mon-Thu): We seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team of 2 Prosthodontists (Specialists in Cosmetics mi and Implants).
You will work in a LOW stress environment with a low volume boutique style specialty practice. You will be required to do 50% front desk and 50% chairside assisting. You always be supported by a 2nd experienced lead dental assistant and another front desk person and office manager. Knowledge of surgical assisting is a huge plus+ Ability to help with Front Desk duties is another huge +. The ideal candidate must be reliable, humble, pleasant, background in dental assisting, and front office/receptionist customer service experience. This role requires a professional with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.   • Duties:
  • Support the dental team in providing excellent patient care, including preparing for appointments, taking vital signs, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.
  • Assist the dentist with procedures,
  • Maintain infection control standards and adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients.
  • Perform X-rays, as needed, to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns from patients and their families.
  • Work effectively with other dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with dental receptionist tasks and participating in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Skills:
  • Certification in infection control and X-Rays
  • office can support you with this.
  • Experience with dental and oral surgeries and willing to perform at a higher quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and front desk responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in dental assisting or a related field preferred.
