We are a team of passionate, experienced coaches dedicated to growing the game of hockey in Connecticut. Since 2002, we have provided our players with the highest level of skill development based on a single philosophy: Love the Game. We run a private lesson facility in Connecticut and also run lessons and clinics throughout the state. We are hiring someone who can share their passion for hockey with players of all ages in private lesson and clinic settings. We're Looking for a Long-Term Partner in Growth. Responsibilities:

• Ability to connect with kids.
• High energy, optimistic attitude.
• Develop positive relationships with players and parents.
• Ability to create practice plans - the more creative, the better.
• Available early mornings, weekends and evenings, summer daytimes and school holiday daytimes.
• Responsible for communicating with parents regarding scheduling and day to day issues..
• Communicate with current staff members regarding scheduling and basic duties.
• Responsible for marketing and social media. Social media posts to be done several times a week.
• Monthly reviews.
• Responsible for growing new and maintaining previously established programming.
• Ensure rink hits revenue targets.
• Maintain roughly 25-30 hours of on ice private lessons and small group sessions.

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Background check will be required.
• Played at the NCAA level or higher.
• Background in skills work/training.
• Background in management.

Compensation:

• $90,000 +
• Bonuses available.
• Retirement option.

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
