We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Woman Assistant Gymnastics Coach to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will support the head coach in delivering engaging, safe, and effective gymnastics training sessions for children and youth of all skill levels. Your enthusiasm, coaching expertise, and commitment to child development will help create a positive environment where aspiring gymnasts can thrive and reach their full potential. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your coaching skills while making a meaningful impact on young athletes' lives. Duties Assist the head coach for gymnastics classes tailored to various age groups and skill levels. Support the supervision of participants during training sessions, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Help demonstrate gymnastics techniques, routines, and exercises with clarity and enthusiasm. Contribute to behavior management by encouraging positive conduct and fostering a respectful atmosphere. Qualifications Previous experience working with children or students in sports coaching, physical education, or childcare settings is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills combined with enthusiasm for motivating youth through active engagement and encouragement.
