We are looking for highly reliable, organized, responsible and experienced coaches to help kids learn and develop in a fun environment. Specialty in pitching is a plus . Must live local in the area of Fairfield County. Pay based on experience. Weekdays and Weekend options. Responsibilities Softball knowledge Teaching players to hit, field and throw Run drills to ensure a productive and fun practice Maintain a professional attitude Create an energetic, positive and encouraging environment Adjust instruction and skill based on player age and skill level Arrive on time and prepared Experience Prior experience coaching or playing softball Knowledge of proper form and mechanics Experience working with kids
