Lead Coach - KidsUnited Indoor Soccer Club Bring the Energy. Develop Kids. Set the Standard. KidsUnited is a year-round indoor soccer club for children ages 1.5-9. We help kids build confidence, life skills, and soccer skills in a fun, positive, high-energy environment. We're looking for a Lead Coach who kids love and parents trust. This is a hands-on coaching role for someone who brings energy, personality, and professionalism to every class and wants the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as our club grows. You do not need to be a high-level or travel soccer coach. We're much more interested in finding someone who is exceptional with young kids, connects naturally with families, and can become an outstanding coach for beginner and developing players. What You'll Do Lead fun, high-energy, structured soccer classes for children ages 1.5-9. Create an environment where kids feel confident, supported, and excited to come back. Teach our curriculum while bringing your own personality and energy to every class. Connect with parents and communicate clearly about their child's experience and progress. Set a strong example for other coaches through preparation, reliability, energy, and professionalism. Work closely with the coaching team to continuously improve the quality of our classes. Help welcome new families and create an outstanding experience throughout the club. We're Looking For Someone Who... Kids naturally gravitate toward. Brings energy, warmth, and personality every day. Loves working with young children and developing beginners. Is just as comfortable talking with parents as coaching kids. Is dependable, prepared, coachable, and follows through. Wants feedback and is motivated to continually get better. Wants the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership role. Qualifications Required Experience working with young children through coaching, camps, teaching, childcare, or similar roles. Ability to confidently lead active, structured group activities. Strong communication skills with both children and adults. Soccer playing or coaching experience. Evening and weekend availability. Preferred 3+ year of soccer coaching experience. Grassroots or other entry-level soccer coaching license. Experience coaching children ages 2-9. Customer service, hospitality, camp, or other customer-facing experience. Growth Opportunity We're building a strong coaching team and want our best coaches to grow with us. Lead Coaches will have the opportunity to earn more hours, increased compensation, and additional leadership responsibility based on coaching performance, reliability, and contribution to the club. For the right person, there is a pathway to become Head Coach , with responsibility for setting the coaching standard and helping train and develop the entire coaching team. Schedule & Compensation Year-round position - this is not a seasonal coaching job $22-$28/hour , based on experience, performance, and responsibility Full-time and part-time opportunities
Full-time:
approximately 25-35 hours/week
Weekdays:
primarily 3:00 PM-8:00
PM Weekends:
